The name of this clothing line was actually a combination of Timberlake's grandfather's first name and Trace Ayala's grandfather's last name.

William Rast is a Los Angeles, California based clothing company and known for their premium jeans. William Rast denim has a signature embroidery on the back pockets that looks like a "V" with a slash across it. This brand of jeans can always be seen on almost episode of CW's which is worn by Joanna Garcia.

VERSACE

It is an Italian fashion label founded by the late Gianni Versace in the year 1978.
