'Vest' in general is something that can be wear to cover the upper body. Other countries defined it as waistcoat, undershirt, sleeveless jacket, or even sleeveless sweater.

Other says that fashion vests are just for young teens but that's not true. Vests can be wear with so many ways so can be wear of different ages.
